In 2018 CHG-MERIDIAN acquired a 100% shareholding of NF Techfleet, making NF Techfleet a part of the family owned international CHG-MERIDIAN Group, one of the internationally leading independent technology managers.
Effectively 1st of April 2022, the full merge of NF-Techfleet and CHG-MERIDIAN takes place and form together one CHG-MERIDIAN. To ensure the strongest foundation for CHG-MERIDIANs technology fleet offering across Northern Europe.

And since they operate independently of banks and manufacturers, their solutions can be tailored accordingly to the customer’s needs.

The merge means that NF Techfleet from the 1 April is called CHG-MERIDIAN and will therefore have new contact information, website and logotype.
